HOT SUN FILM SCHOOL Admissions panel

On 25 July, Hot Sun Foundation was pleased to welcome Mose Omondi, community youth leader and artist from Pillars of Kibera, Kibaara Kaugi, Film Services Department, Kenya Institute of Mass Communication and Ruth Namulundu, Head Teacher, Olympic Primary School in Kibera as the admissions panels for the historic first-ever intake to the HOT SUN FILM SCHOOL in Kibera!
The panel commented on the quality of all the candidates and suggested in the future Hot Sun try to expand their intake. THANK YOU Moses, Kibaara and Ruth for your commitment to the youth of Kibera and the Hot Sun Film School!

Makoha famous Kenyan TV comedian visits Hot Sun Foundation!

What a treat for all the Hot Sun Foundation team plus our friend Suraj Sudhakar (shown in bottom photo on left, Makoha in center)! Makoha, the famous Kenyan TV comedian made a surprise visit to our office in Kibera!
